Come Friday November 28th and make decorations, decorate the Sanctuary Tree, sing Christmas carols and share a meal. Everyone is welcome - young and old.
Each Advent season we collect some basics badly needed by people living in poverty. Socks and underwear are some of the last things people spend money on. But public health nurses see the effects of this every day especially for people whose feet are never really warm, or really dry.
Through out Advent we'll collect socks and underwear and in January we'll have a special event to package them up for folks on the Downtown East Side.
