With many political changes afoot, and with ongoing concerns for climate disaster and warfare, it’s helpful to reflect on how our faith frames the events in our world, and calls us to engage and respond faithfully. This week we begin a new series of worship to help us focus on the Abundant Life that Jesus calls us to build in our world. Six Stone Jars: the Economy of Jesus will guide us as we explore Jesus’ teaching in light of our current realities. We begin this series with the marvelous story about what happened when Jesus and his Mother were attending a wedding, and they ran out of wine!
